Tragedy struck in the court house here in Melbourne about 10 a.m. Wednesday morning of this week, when Wiley F. Smith, prominent Calico Rock lawyer fell dead in the court room. He was transacting business with A. L. Hardcastle, social security representative and had walked over to a table and placed some papers on it and fell over backwards.
His body is at the Hall Funeral Home in Calico Rock. At this time we are unable to announce the funeral arrangements.
