Rex Smith
Rex Smith, son of Dr. Henry Smith of Oxford, died suddenly while participating in a game of basket ball in the Gymnasium at Batesville Wednesday night. He was about 20 years of age and the only son of Dr. Smith. This was his third year in the Arkansas College, where he was preparing himself for the Medical School. A very bright future was before him. He was buried in the family plot in Oxford Cemetery Thursday afternoon.
