JAMES A JONES
James Alexander Jones, 81, Rt. 1, Gentry, died Feb. 9 in Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. Born July 23, 1896, in Texas, he was a veteran of World War I and a member of Full Gospel Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Gertrude Jones of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Londagin of Decatur and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the memorial chapel of Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs with the Rev. Ira Ballenger officiating. Burial will be in Falling Springs Cemetery under the direction of Wasson.

Frances Gertrude Jones, 89, former resident of Gentry, died Wed., Jan. 21, at a Siloam Springs nursing home, following an extended illness. She was the daughter of Malcolm and Katherine Ferguson McDonald. She was born Oct. 26, 1897 in Boston, MA.
She has been a lifelong resident of Gentry. She was a member of the Gentry Assembly of God Church.
She was the widow of James Alexander Jones, who preceded her in death in 1978.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Londagin, of Decatur, and two granddaughters.
Funeral services were held Sat., Jan. 24, at 2 p.m. at Wasson Funeral Chapel in Siloam Springs with Rev. Kenneth Payne officiating, assisted by Rev. Eldon Burnett. Burial was in Falling Springs Cemetery under direction of Wasson Funeral Service.
