PONTIAC, Mich. — Markus Antonio Jones, 22, longtime Rogers resident and recently of Pontiac, Mich., passed away unexpectedly Thursday, October 16, 2021. Markus was born October 17, 1998, in Fort Smith, and was the son of Sherry Pollick Jones and Kevin Finis Jones. He loved the outdoors including fishing, hunting, riding 4-wheelers, and had worked in landscaping. Survivors include his daughter, Maria Torolski, and her mother, Nicole Torolski of Brighton, Mich.; his parents, Sherry and Kevin Jones of Rogers; two sisters, Katie Jones of Rogers and Lynita Jones of Fort Smith; a brother, Michael Jones (Shaylea) of Bella Vista; his grandparents, Russell Jones (Vivian) of Rogers and Jim Pollick (Brenda) Pollick of Neosho, Mo.; numerous extended family members and dear friends.

Services will be held Saturday, October 30, 2021, with visitation beginning at 1 p.m., and his funeral service at 2 p.m., in the Chapel of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. Interment will follow in Rogers Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers. www.RollinsFuneral.com.
