ROGERS — Lavon'te Leigh Jackson, 23, of Rogers died Feb. 24 in Rogers. He was born June 9, 1996, in San Bernardino, Calif., and raised in Northwest Arkansas.
Lavon'te was a high school football star, enjoyed academics, music, art and track. Most of all, he loved his daughters.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Janet Leigh Jolly.
Survivors include his parents, Angela Jolly, Arnold Jackson Jr., and April Jackson; two daughters, Anyiah and Nena; five brothers, Leslie, Gage, Matthew, Nathaniel and Elijah; four sisters, April, Colleen, and Rebecca Jackson, and Casjahwa Alexander; many nieces and nephews; and his biological father, Robert Alexander.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Gravette, followed by a funeral at 12 noon. Burial will follow at McDaniel Cemetery in Rogers.
