The funeral of Albert F. Martin, who died Thursday at his home three miles northwest of Rogers aged 84 years, 8 months and 28 days, was held this afternoon at 2:30 at the home, Rev. Lucke conducting the services. Mr. Martin was a native of New York and a man of splendid education. He came to Arkansas several years ago, settling on a fruit farm and was one of the foremost in progressive development of an Arkansas orchard so far as his age and physical ability permitted. He is survived by his aged wife, two sons, W.W., who has been managing the farm, whose home is in Trinidad, Colorado, and a daughter, Mrs. Fred Barnett of Rogers. The funeral was in charge of the Callison mortuary.

MARTIN, Albert F. - (from Rogers) Albert F. Martin, living north of town, died last Thursday at the age of 84 years. He came here a good many years ago and at one time was a prominent fruit grower. He leaves a wife and two grown sons.
