ROGERS — John Wayne Martin, 72, of Rogers died Feb. 25, 2008, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers. He was born Oct. 3, 1935, in Greenwood to Dolph Martin and Edith Shaw.
He enjoyed golf and cookouts. He was a member of Prairie Creek Country Club.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Rosemary Martin of the home; two sons, Rick Martin of Rogers and John Martin and wife, Alyson, of Pea Ridge; a daughter, Rita Martin and husband, Greg Sabine, of Rogers; two brothers; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Rollins with Brian Tidwell officiating.
Burial will follow in Rogers Cemetery.
