NICHOLS, Mary J. DAVIS - Mrs. Mary J. Nichols died at her home east of Cave Springs early Saturday morning after an illness of some time. She was about 78 years of age and had spent her entire life in that vicinity. Besides her husband she is survived by a son, Tom Nichols, of Rogers and Mrs. Henry Ford of Lowell, a daughter.

{from Hebron} Mrs. John Nichols was buried at the Hebron cemetery Saturday afternoon. Mrs. Nichols had been a resident of this community since her youth and lived an ideal life, keeping the commandments of her savior in a quiet peaceful way. She had lived 78 years and had been confined to her home for the past three years but was patient with her affliction. Those who mourn her passing are her husband and four sons, Tommie and 011ie of Rogers; Arlie, living in Iowa and Albert of Los Angeles, Calif., and Mrs. Mary Ford of Cave Springs; two sisters, Mrs. Taylor Stone and Mrs. Bill Elliot; one brother, William Davis of Rogers, and several grandchildren.
