MRS. HALLIE NICHOLS DIES FOLLOWING LONG ILLNESS

Mrs. Hallie Lynn Nichols, wife of Reginald Nichols, died at 5:45 p.m. Monday, June 25, 1934, at the home of her mother, Mrs. Mary Lynn in Bentonville, after an illness of nearly two yeas. She was 26 year of age.

Funeral services conducted by Rev. Harry L. Barr, pastor of the Bentonville Christian Church, were held at the Christian Church at Hiwasse where she was a member yesterday afternoon at two o'clock.

Mrs. Nichols, the daughter of the late Samuel Lynn and Mrs. Lynn was born in Marrs' Hill community June 4, 1908. She was married to Reginald Nichols Feb. 9, 1924.

Following her illness of nearly two years, part of which was spent in a Kansas City hospital, she was removed from her home near Hiwasse, to that of her mother and husband, she is survived by a son, Robert, aged 7 and a daughter, Bonnie Lou nearly three years old. She is also survived by four brothers, Vernon of the home, Victor and Bert of Chicago; Joe of Tulsa and by three sisters, Miss Ruth Lynn of the home Mrs. Alice Wolcott of Chicago and Mrs. Sadie Rhodes of Texas, as well as other relatives.
