DECATUR — Virginia Caudine Brown, 97, of Siloam Springs, Ark., formerly of Decatur, Ark., died Oct. 5, 2012, at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab. Born Nov. 26, 1914, in Westville, Okla., she was the daughter of W. Claude Ruhl and Mabel Ann Williams Ruhl.
She lived most of her life in Decatur where she was the executive secretary for Peterson Industries. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Decatur, and served as the church treasurer for a number of years.
Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Norman "Bill" Brown.
Survivors include a number of nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. today, Oct. 10, 2012, at Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, with Terry Eaton and Brother John Terry officiating. Burial will follow at Decatur Cemetery, Decatur, Ark.
