J. N. Johnson of Wedington, 85, died this morning at 12:05 o'clock in a Prairie Grove hospital where he had been since June 15.

Funeral services will be held at Wedington Sunday at 2:30 p.m. and burial will be in Rogers cemetery in charge of Burns Funeral home.

Mr. Johnson, born in 1855 at Whitesburg, Tenn., came in 1907 to Arkansas where he since resided. He is survived by one son, V.K. Johnson of Wedington; two sisters, Mrs. R.J. Kirkpatrick of Wedington and Mrs. James Davis of Coppell, Texas; two granddaughters and two grandsons, Mrs. Howard Easterling of Fayetteville, Mrs. Ronnie Johnson of Wedington, and Leo and Lynn Johnson of Noel, Mo.
