The Messick-Young Cemetery is located in the city limits of Mountain Home. It is on the grounds of the Meadowsprings Apartment Complex at 500 North Church Street. It is kept mowed and maintained by the property management. There is only one grave identified and marked with a stone.

According to the Baxter County Historial Society's publication, "Of Grave Importance", there are thirteen (13) known burials in this cemetery, by name, and many more are believed to be buried here as well.
