Reed’s Grove Cemetery (no sign found) is located about two miles northwest of Mountain Home off highway 5 on County Road 27 and then CR26 Cannie (Canna) Baker Road. Travel northwest from Highway 5 about 7/10 mile on CR 27 and then CR26 Cannie (Canna) Baker Road. Cemetery is located left about 50’off the road. Cemetery is in a fenced enclosure about 160’ x 120’.
Per one of the caretakers, Clinton Pittaway, this cemetery was never named “Baker” as noted on the USGS maps. Originally there was an adjoining Reed’s Grove Church. The Pittaway family owned most of the adjoining property at one time.

“Of Grave Importance” The Cemeteries of Baxter County , The Baxter County Historical Society 1994
CONDITION: This cemetery has been maintained by the Pittaway family for many years. It consists of 40+ stones.
AGE: Oldest readable stone is 1889. Most recent stone is 2009. This is an active limited use cemetery through the Pittaway family who has some ownership of a portion of the cemetery along with Baxter County as marked by yellow poles.
