The St. Andrews Episcopal Church Columbarium is located in the Memory Garden behind the St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Mountain Home, Baxter County, Arkansas. The church is located at 511 Coley Drive on the north side of Coley Drive in the first block east of the intersection of Coley Drive with Arkansas Highway 201 in the northern part of Mountain Home, Arkansas.
In addition to the Columbarium per se, memorial markers surround the perimeter of the memorial garden. In some case, the plaques on the Columbarium, as well as the other plaques in the memory gardens, were placed in memory of individuals that were interred elsewhere.
