WILLIAMS, James B. – (from Springtown) Uncle Jim Williams died at Bentonville last Wednesday evening and was brought here for interment. While Aunt Jane Williams has our deepest sympathy still we think it is a blessing on Uncle Jim, for one in his condition could not look for relief this side of the grave.

Uncle Jim Williams, a demented person who for several months has been confined in the jail here, awaiting room in the insane asylum at Little Rock, died at the county poor farm Tuesday night, to which place he had been removed several weeks ago in order that he might have a more quiet place. His remains were taken to Springtown yesterday morning for interment where he had resided for many years.
