ROGERS — Terry Lee Parkes Jones. 70, of Rogers died Friday, April 25, 2014, at Circle of Life Hospice in Bentonville. She was born Jan. 6, 1944, in Roswell, N.M., to Lt. Col. Albert C. Parkes and Frances McClure Parkes.

She graduated from high school in Dayton, Ohio, and attended the University of Arkansas.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Terry is survived by her husband of 50 years, Bruce Jones; two daughters, Jacqueline Tiarks and husband, Ron, of Bentonville, and Janelle Tuckmantel and husband, Ken, of Boiling Springs, S.C.; one brother, Albert Parkes Jr. and wife, Pamela, of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Noah Tiarks of Bentonville, Hailey and Riley Tuckmantel of Boiling Springs, S.C.; three step-grandchildren, Crystal Tiarks of Fayetteville, Tristan Tiarks and wife, Kesa, of Conway, and Nathan Turks of Conway; and four step-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 1, 2014, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers.

A private interment will be held at the Fayetteville National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 1201 N.E. Legacy Pkwy., Bentonville, AR 72712.
