SPRINGDALE — Flois Tressie Worden Jones, 81, died at home on March 8, 2019, in Springdale, Ark.

Flois Jones is survived by her husband, Glen Carroll Jones of Springdale, Ark., and her children, Carolyn Stevens and Tommy Powell, both of Springdale, Ark.; her grandchildren, Bryan C. Powell and Ashley M. Richardson, both of Springdale, Ark.; her great-grandchildren, Emily Paige, Riley Grace and Dallas Trevan.

Flois was preceded in death by her two sons, Otis H. Powell and Frank H. Powell.

Flois was born on Jan. 3, 1938, in Kellyville, Okla., to O. Floyd Worden and Pebble D. Nicholson. Flois married Caroll Jones on Oct. 7, 1970. They are both members of Elm Springs Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed singing in church and witnessing to others about Jesus. She will be remembered by family and friends as a good Christian person.

A funeral is scheduled for Flois Jones on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale; Glynn Trusty will officiate. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Flois Jones' life. She will be laid to rest at Friendship Cemetery in Springdale, Ark.

Visitation will be Monday, March 11, 2019, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
