SPRINGDALE — Paul Edgar Jones, of Springdale, passed away on Feb. 22, 2019, at age 90. Born Feb. 24, 1928, in Monte Ne, Ark., to George and Ethel (Pickenpaw) Jones.

He was preceded in death by his sons, Floyd Jones and Carl Jones.

He is survived by his wife, Ellen of Springdale; grandchildren, Shawn, John, James, Joe, Charles, and Jennifer; 18 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Wayne Jones.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Feb. 27, at 12 noon with funeral service at 1 p.m. at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Friendship Cemetery in Springdale.

Mrs. Clara Mae Jones, 47, Springdale, died Sept. 25 in Springdale Memorial Hospital. Born Sept. 27, 1927, in Linden, Tex., she was the daughter of Virgil and Ila Mae Floyd Windham and was a member of Pleasant Street Church of Christ in Springdale.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Jones of the home; two sons, Floyd L. Jones of the home and Carl E. Jones, Belleville, Ill.; her parents of Springdale; three brothers, William E. Windham, Springdale, Jack Windham, Rogers, and Emmett Windham, Ft. Belvoir, Va.; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in Pleasant Street Church of Christ with Wiley A. Davis officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery under the direction of Nelson Funeral Home of Fayetteville.
