SPRINGDALE — Michael Dean Johnson, 55, of Springdale, died Thursday, July 22, 2010, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born March 30, 1955, in Springdale, to Harold Duane and Willa Dean Macon Johnson.

Michael graduated from Springdale High School in 1973. He was a truck driver for 35 years and he was a branch manager for GE Equipment Services in Lowell. He attended Revival Tabernacle in Springdale. He served in the United States Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, Carol Johnson, of the home; three daughters, Rachel Gage and husband, Tommy, of Springdale, and Tami and Mikayla Johnson, both of the home; one brother, Rick Johnson and wife, Terry, of Springda1e; one sister, Jo Lynn Johnson, of Springdale; one grandson, Natanael "Bugs" Trevino, of the home.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 26, 2010, at Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale, with the Rev. Paul Eden and the Rev. Clark Snow officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 25, at the funeral home.
