TINER, Carrie COX - (from Walnut Hill) The death of Mrs. Carrie Tiner, nee Cox, on August 2, brought each of the following children home: Mr. and Mrs. Verne Cox, Freece, Kan.; Mr. and Mrs. Amos Cox, Webster, Mo.; Floyd Cox and sister, Gladys, of Upton, Wyoming. They made a quick trip - was on the road three days. The funeral was postponed from Saturday until Sunday for their presence, also Ray Tiner of Nowata, Okla. Rev. Cullom held services. Tilf Tiner, her husband, has been sick the past ten days so could not attend the funeral but reports at present say he is rapidly recovering. The community and friends extend their heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved husband and children, who were all present except one, Mrs. Effie Lynsey of Oklahoma, whose health would not permit.
