August 18, 1929 - April 15, 2019
Bobbie Jean Smith, 89 of Black Rock, died Monday April 15, 2019 at Randolph County Nursing Home in Pocahontas.
She was born August 18, 1929 in Lynn, AR to William Robert Glenn & Laura Erwin Glenn. She was a homemaker, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, & great grandmother. Her friends and family mourn her passing. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marshall Smith; brother, Steele Glenn; sisters, Lorraine Premac, Christine Glenn, and Lois DeMeter.
She is survived by sons, Randy (Peggy) Smith of Black Rock, Rodney (Susan) Smith of Pocahontas, & Robert Smith of Quitman; brother, Lynn (Nancy) Glenn of St. Louis; grandchildren, Greg Smith, Bret Smith, Anthony Smith, & Joshua Smith; and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday April 18, 2019 at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM.
Funeral services will be Friday at 10:00 AM in the Funeral Chapel at House-Gregg in Walnut Ridge.
Burial will be in Oak Forest Cemetery in Black Rock under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Home of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, AR.
Following the burial, there will be a fellowship meal at Main Street Church of Christ in Walnut Ridge.
