Paul Junior Smith, 87 of Powhatan, died Monday October 12, 2020 at Lawrence Hall Nursing Home in Walnut Ridge.

He was born January 4, 1933 in the Calamine Community of Arkansas to Frank Smith & Rachel Britt Smith. He was a loving father and grandfather. He worked at Crane in Jonesboro for many years. He was a member of the Oak Grove Free Will Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Johnny, Ray, & Thomas Smith; sisters, Beulah Curtis & Ruby Stephenson; son, Randy Smith; and step-daughter, Kaye Sisk.

He is survived by his son, Stanford (Virginia) Smith; daughter, Lesa (Rick) Gramling; stepsons, Bill Lawson, Gary (Judy) Lawson, & Terry (Mary) Lawson; 17 grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, & friends.

A private family graveside service will be Saturday October 17, 2020 at Old Lebanon Cemetery near Eaton with Bro. Harold Russell officiating.
