T. Raymond King, 64, of Wichita, KS, a veteran of WWI, died Dec 20, at Wichita. He was a former resident of Norfork.
Funeral services were conducted at 10AM Monday at Galatia Methodist Church with Edgar Griffin, pastor of the Baptist Church of Norfork officiating. Interment was in the Galatia Cemetery, under the direction of McClure Service.
Mr. King was born at Lexington, KY, on April 29, 1902, the son of John Daniel King and Sarah Elizabeth King. He had lived in Wichita for 20 years and was the chief engineer at Veterans Administration Hospital.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ella King of Wichita; two daughters, Mrs. Gail Galvin of Wichita and Mrs. Fritzie Bosin of Pine Bluff; three brothers, J.D. King of Judsonia, Gary King of Walnut Creek, CA, and Ruben King of Washington State; and seven grandchildren.
