September 21, 1944 - February 24, 2018
Johnny Ted Williams, age 73, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas.
He was the son of Charles Wilce Williams and Gordie Pipes Williams, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by one son, Todd Williams (Shelley) of Waco, Texas, one brother Milam Joe Williams (Nadine) of El Dorado, Arkansas, one sister Pat Bath of Prescott, Arizona and two granddaughters Hannah Williams and Sarah Williams.
Johnny was born September 21, 1944 in El Dorado and was a graduate of El Dorado High School.
He was an employee of Rock Island Railroad for 13 years. After the railroad shut down, he worked at Great Lakes Chemical Corporation, retiring in 2010 to pursue his interests in gardening, hunting, and fishing.
Johnny was a member of Marrable Hill Chapel.
Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Young’s on Wednesday, February 28, 2018. A memorial service, conducted by the Rev. Ben Wasson, will follow at 2:00 P.M.
Cremation is entrusted to Young’s Funeral Directors in El Dorado.
Memorials may be made to Victory Bible Camp, 110 Chapel Avenue, El Dorado, Arkansas.
