Guy Raymond Duncan 64, resident of Springdale, died last night at a Springdale hospital, after a long illness. He was born January 5, 1982. He was carpenter for the Jones Truck Lines, a member of the Methodist Church, the Masonic Lodge at Winslow, and Consistory of Fort Smith. Survivors are his wife, Beulah; two sons, Eugene Duncan, Downey, Calif., James Duncan of Springdale; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Mills, Springdale, and Miss Lois Duncan of Fayetteville and Carson Duncan of San Diego, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. J.U. Phipps, Jr. of Fayetteville and Mrs. Jack Hutchens of Corpus Christi, Texas; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements under the direction of Callison-Sisco Funeral Home are incomplete, but will be held in the chapel by the Rev. George Ivey, pastor of the Methodist church in Springdale. Burial will be in Brentwood cemetery.

Springdale — Mrs. Beulah I. Duncan, 89, of Springdale died Monday, in a Springdale nursing home. Born Sept. 13, 1890, at Shaberg, the daughter of Green and Samantha Cunningham land, she was a member of Springdale First United Methodist Church.

Survivors are two sons, Eugene T. of Chula Vista, Calif. and James E. of Springdale; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Mills and Miss Lois Duncan, both of Springdale; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sisco Chapel with burial in Brentwood Cemetery.
