Funeral services for Mrs. Julia Walker, 39. who died suddenly of apoplexy at her home here Saturday night, were conducted at the Assembly of God church at the Fairgrounds at 11 a.m. today. Interment was in Thorpe cemetery. Rev. Ralph Porter conducted the service.

Neighbors aroused by Mrs. Walker's five-year-old daughter, Patsy, late Saturday night, found the body lying on the floor. Coroner Glenn Riggs was called and the cause of death was determined as apoplexy.

Besides her daughter, Mrs. Walker is survived by her son, Doyle, three years old, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James W. Dixon of Fayetteville. Her husband, A. C. Walker, died about six months ago.
