Friday, July 11, 1975
Mrs. Mary F. Hughes, 93, Rt. 3, Springdale, died July 10 in a Fayetteville nursing home. Born Nov. 29, 1881, in Stevens County, Tex., she was the daughter of T. C. and Rebecca Styles Harris and was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son, Melvin Hughes, West Fork; one daughter, Mrs. Edith Pegram, Springdale; one sister, Mrs. Lottie Warren, Breckenridge, Tex.; seven grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Luginbuel Chapel in Prairie Grove, with Rev. Harold Bartholomew officiating. Burial will be in West Fork Cemetery under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home.
