Christopher Michael Lewis, 28 of Shreveport, LA; died on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at Grace Home Hospice in Shreveport, LA.
Chris was born on July 27, 1986 in El Dorado, AR; he was the son of Charles Michael "Mike" Lewis and Kimberly Ann Elia Lewis. Chris was a member of the First Baptist Church of El Dorado.
Chris was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, his maternal grandfather Gary Elia and his father Mike Lewis.
Survivors are his mother Kim Atkins of Fort Walton Beach, FL ; a sister Lindsey Lewis of El Dorado and a brother William Gary Atkins of Fort Walton Beach, FL; along with his maternal grandmother Nancy Elia of El Dorado and an uncle Chris (Cindy) Elia of El Dorado.
The family will celebrate Chris's life with a private memorial service. Cremation service, were provided by Youngs Funeral Directors.
