FRANKLIN — Syble Morine Harmon Billingsley, 77, of Franklin died Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009, in Batesville.
Born April 19, 1932, she was the daughter of Ed Trent Harmon and Gracie Cooper Harmon. She was united in marriage to Bennie Billingsley. She was a homemaker, and she and her husband owned and operated a store and gas station in Franklin for many years. She was a member of Franklin Church of Christ.
Survivors include three sons, Edward Dean Billingsley of Horseshoe Bend, Johnny Billingsley of Battle Creek, Mich., and Archie Wayne Billingsley of Franklin; two sisters, Wilma Thomas of Myron and Edith Green of Malden, Mo.; six grandchildren, Seth Benjamin Billingsley and Kiah Mary Billingsley, both of Conway, Bradley Benjamin Billingsley of Kalamazoo, Mich., Maggie Elizabeth Billingsley of Berrien Springs, Mich., Tommy Lee Billingsley of Franklin and Brandon Dean Billingsley of Myron; and a great-grandson, Blake Dylan Billingsley.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a brother, Lee Harmon.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Franklin Church of Christ. Burial will be in Roberts Cemetery in Franklin under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Memorials may be made to Roberts Cemetery in Franklin.
