Sara Louise (Senn) Carter, age 75, of Warren, Arkansas was called home to be with her Lord on Friday, February 8, 2008, at Bradley County Medical Center in Warren, Arkansas. She was born August 28, 1932 at Vick, Arkansas, a daughter of the late Walter Senn and Alice Anderson Senn. She was a homemaker and a member of the Southside Baptist Church, where she had served as secretary. Also, preceding her in death was one son- Norman Carter, Jr., one daughter- Nancy Burkhart, brother- George Wesley Senn, half brother- Harmon Senn, sisters- Margie Willis, Carmen Campbell, Maude Ferrell, Eva Lou Ferrell, granddaughter- Jennifer Dianne Clanton.

Survivors include her husband, Norman L. Carter, whom she married April 8, 1950; 3 daughters- Shelia Gorman, Dianne Reeves both of Warren, AR, Carolyn Reyes and husband, Juan Reyes of Hermitage, AR; 4 sisters- Lennie Mae Connor of Magnolia, TX, Mary Frisby of Ft. Smith, AR, Atheline Hines of Warren, AR, Una Miller of Bunkie, LA; 7 grandchildren- Sammi Jo Warren, Roger Gorman, Jr., Randy Gorman, Sr., Jeremy Turner, Lodie Reyes, Sara Reyes, Soila Sanchez and 6 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service was 10:00 a.m. Monday February 11, 2008 at Frazer's Chapel of the Chimes with Rev. Tom Williams and Rev. Jerry Hines officiating. Linda Barrett was organist. Soloist were Travis Ivey, Danny Ivey and William Miller. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery in Warren, AR by Frazer's Funeral Home. Active pallbearers were Roger Gorman, Sr., Harvey Helton, Matt Farmer, Don Parson, Mike Lathan and Hugo Sanchez.
