Julianna McGinty, 40, of Hemet, died when the bicycle she was riding collided with a van at 1:45 pm Friday on Stetson Avenue at Palm Avenue, according to the Riverside County coroner.
McGinty was dragged by the vehicle about 20 feet on the road, said Hemet police Sgt James Water. McGinty was pronounced dead at 3:15 p. Friday at Riverside County Regional Medical Center in Moreno Valley, according to the coroner's report. Water said the investigation will continue.
