Ida Rhea Ferguson
Ida Rhea Ferguson of Little Rock died on October 23. She was 65. Mrs. Ferguson was the daughter of Rev. William McNeese and Alice Rains. She was a retired school teacher and a Methodist.
Survivors include one daughter, Dorothy Rae Owens of Little Rock; 5 sisters, Ruby Ford of California, Phara O’Donald of Kansas, Myrtle Bible of Tenn., Ester Chalker also of Tenn.; and Helen Eldridge of Wisconsin; also 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Funeral was at Oxford Methodist Church on October 26 at 2 p.m., Rev. Joseph Bourgeois officiating. Burial was in Oxford Cemetery under the direction of Howard’s Funeral Home of Melbourne.
Pallbearers were: Leon Montgomery, Graden Bone, Orlee Moss, Fisher Moss, Darrell Ferguson and Henry Helm.
