SELIGMAN, Mo. — Jeanne L. Evans, 75, of Seligman died Oct. 30, 2007, at her home. She was born May 6, 1932, in Siloam Springs to John and Mary Brown Evans. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Leo Evans, on April 3, 2004.
Survivors include two sons, Ernest Leo "Rocky" Evans and wife Elizabeth of Columbus, Ohio, and Paul Martin Evans and wife Sandy of Columbus; two daughters, Paula Jean Leather and husband David of Zanesville, Ohio, and Lisa L. Makela and husband Paul of Seligman; two sisters, Virginia Marshall of Watts, Okla., and Linda Scott of Siloam Springs; 21 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Decatur Cemetery. The Rev. Bob Scott will officiate.
Memorials may be made to God's Victory Pantry, First Baptist Church, Seligman.
* NOTE: Her obit has parents names as Evans. Husbands' obit has her name as Jones.
