Woodrow Thomas Evans
Woodrow Thomas Evans, 61, of Garfield, died Thursday night at the home of his daughter in Cave Springs.
He was born Nov. 11, 1913, in Larue. Most of his life was spent in the Garfield area where he was a farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Martina Evans of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Jackie Atkins of Cave Sprigs; two brothers, Clarence Evans of Missouri and Len Evans of Arkansas; five sisters, Mrs. Grace Agnew of Rogers, Mrs. Della Osbrune of Missouri, Mrs. Tressie Agnew of Oklahoma, Mrs. Nolga Wilson of Oregon and Mrs. Olga Chappell of California, and two grand-children.
Services will be 2:30 p.m., Sunday at the Callison and McKinney Funeral Chapel in Bentonville with Jack Garner officiating. Burial will be in the Rambo Cemetery.
