C.Y.MCGARRAH
C. Y. McGarrah, 77, Rt. 2, Bentonville, died April 12 in Springdale Memorial Hospital. Born May 23, 1899 at Lowell, he was the son of Marion and Izora Payton McGarrah, a member of Jesus Name Pentecostal Church and a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Ida Birge McGarrah of the home; four sons, Manuel McGarrah, Springdale, Herman McGarrah, Cave Springs, Kenneth McGarrah, of the home and Howard McGarrah, Thayer, Mo.; five daughters, Mrs. Carol (Oga) Grizzle, Muldrow, Okla., Mrs. Vernon (Edna) Hazen, Mill Valley, Calif., Mrs. Kenneth (Almeta) Linn, Pocola, Okla., Msr. Bob (Shirley) Linn, Cave Springs, and Mrs. Jimmy (Sue) Royal; one brother, Edgar McGarrah, Siloam Springs; one sister, Mrs. Otie McGarrah, Cave Springs; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday at 4 p.m. in Sisco Chapel. Burial will be in Frisco Springs Cemetery under the direction of Sisco.
