BANKS, Elizabeth Ann - Mrs. Houston Banks, 78, of Hiwasse, widow of the late Houston Banks, died yesterday at 6:30 at Hiwasse. Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed. Mrs. Banks was one of the old residents of Benton County, having arrived here before the Civil War, and resided continuously in this county since that time. She is the mother of Sam Banks of Hiwasse, collector-elect of Benton County. Other children are Mrs. Reed Adcock and Mrs. J.D. Edwards of Hiwasse and Mrs. M.E. Johnson, Muskogee.
