Mrs. Nettie Adams, aged 74 years, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nat Jones on Jul 18, and was laid to rest in the Galatia Cemetery on Jul 19. The services were conducted by Rev. Ralph Martin. She was the mother of six children of whom Mrs. Etta Duke, Mrs. Nat Jones, and Mrs. Ethel Ellie survive her and a number of grandchildren.
