He is the son of Enoch Jackson and Birdie Avis Tucker Adams. He never married.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM today (Thursday) at Norfork Assembly of God Church for James Wilson Wayne Adams, 63. A Norfork resident, he died Monday at Boone County Hospital in Harrison. He was a member of the Norfork Assembly of God Church.
Mr. Adams was born Jan 21, 1915, at Norfork, the son of the late Enoch J. and Birdie Tucker Adams. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Goldie Cunningham.
Survivors include one brother, Eugene Adams of Norfork; seven sisters, Nettie Joe Whiteaker of Calico Rock, Hattie Whitfield of Old Joe, Lilian Niammno of Huntsville, TX, Mildred Page of Mt. Home, Ernesteen Clark of Norfork, Jessie Lee Zornes of Iola, KS and Zoa Lou Sledge of Wichita, KS; and several nieces and nephews.
Rev. Lee Edwin Clark will officiate the sservices.
Pallbearers will be Poe Whitfield, Rube Cunningham, Lawrence Page, Gary Clark, Bill Adams and Ronnie Whieaker.
Interment will take place at Galatia Cemetery, under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Mt. Home.
