Nita Christine Martin, 39, of Vilonia passed away on Friday, Jan. 25, 2013. She was born on Friday, Aug. 3, 1973, in Heber Springs to Fannie (Hunter) Chisom and the late Eugene Chisom.
Nita was a loving mother and wife. She was known and loved by all. Her motto was "Love, Laugh, Live" and she lived every moment of her life that way. She'd go out of her way for anyone, always there when they needed her, and was a "mother" to so many. She loved animals and especially frogs, since her favorite color was green. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her husband of twenty-one years, Ron Martin; sons, Ronnie Martin, III and Riley Martin; mother, Fannie (Hunter) Chisom; sisters, Sandy Siler and Kay Ellingwood; nieces, Angela Ellingwood and Samantha Burkett; nephews, William Ellingwood, Ronnie Joe Siler, Stephen Siler, and David Siler; and uncles, Ralph Hunter and Jimmy Hunter.
Services will be held at 2 p.m., on Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, at Center Point Freewill Baptist Church, Vilonia with Brother Bruce Nonnemacher and Chad Hunter officiating. Burial will follow at Cypress Valley Cemetery with Ronnie Siler, Patrick Nonnemacher, Caleb Nonnemacher, Isma Marino, Michael Hunter, and Colton Hunter serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., on Sunday at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway.
