When Mollie Patton was born on February 4, 1869, in Missouri, her father, Samuel, was 42, and her mother, Eliza, was 24. She married Hugh L Martin on December 20, 1924, in Arkansas. They had one child during their marriage. She died on August 6, 1954, in Danley, Arkansas, at the age of 85, and was buried in Faulkner, Arkansas.
