Mrs. Anna Mayfield
Rogers, Ark., Nov. 9-(Special)- Mrs. Anna E. Mayfield, 69, wife of James W. Mayfield, died yesterday morning as result of a paralytic stroke Wednesday at her home in Rogers. Mrs. Mayfield was born in Southwest City, Mo. She came with her family to Rogers in 1936. She was a past officer in the Ladies Auxiliary of Rice W. Means post of the Spanish American War Veterans, and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Funeral arrangements in charge of the Burns Funeral Home are incomplete.
Survivors are her husband, and five children, Mrs. Martha Beckham, Mangum, Okla.; Grady, George, Claude and Cecil Saylor all of Chicago; a sister, Mrs. Charles Cole, Lindsay, Okla.; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
