Lloyd F. Mayfield, 90, of Bella Vista, died Saturday, Aug. 1, 1992 at Concordia Care Center.
He was born July 15, 1902, at Itasca, Texas, to John F. and Fannie L. Smith Mayfield.
He was a retired sales supervisor for the Phillips Petroleum Company and moved to this area in 1972 from Bartlesville, Okla. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, the Akdar Shrine Temple of Tulsa, the Phillips Men's Club, and the Philresters Club.
He is survived by his wife, Anne Mayfield.
Masonic graveside service was set for 2 p.m. today at the Benton County Memorial Park Mausoleum. Arrangements are by Callison-Lough Funeral Service of Bentonville.
