Dana R. Mason, 74, of Rogers, died Thursday at the Rogers Memorial Hospital. He was born Aug. 22, 1904 in Lepo, Penn.
Mason was a retired area superintendent for the Phillips Petroleum Company. He was a member of the Central United Methodist Church in Rogers and of the Masonic Lodge in Del City, Okla. He was a former member of the Del City City Council and a former member of the Board of Education in Shidler, Okla.
Survivors include his wife, Wantha Mason of the home; one daughter, Penny Lehman of Tulsa, Okla.; one brother, F.M. Mason of Roswell, N.M.; three sisters, Mary Stover of Cleveland, Ohio, Maxine Singleterry of Oiltown, Texas and Pauline Cook of Dallas, Texas; and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Central United Methodist Church in Rogers with Rev. Gerald Hammett officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery under the direction of the Callsion Funeral Home of Rogers.
