Delmar King
GENTRY — Delmar Jack King, 85, of Gentry died April 18, 2005, at Quail Ridge Living Center in West Siloam Springs, Okla. He was born July 24, 1919, in Tucumcari, N.M., to Richard Boud and Katie Whitttington King. He was a construction
worker for 22 years in New Mexico, a local service station owner/operator, a dairy farmer and a bus driver for Gentry public schools. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lillian Farra King.
Survivors include his wife, Nadine of the home; two sons, Alvis King and wife Deborah of Brookings, Ore., and Robert Wilks and wife Carolyn of Gentry; three daughters, Kathryn McMaster of Waverly, Kan., Patsy Qualls of Gentry, Myra Kay Welch and husband Mike of Gentry; 18 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs with Keith Harper officiating, Burial will follow in Gentry Cemetery.
Visitaticn will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
