KING, Ira E. - Ira E. King, 81 years old, died on Sunday, December 4th at his home northwest of Bentonville. He was a native of Ohio and made his home with a son, Will King. Funeral services were held Monday the 5th in the afternoon at the Miller schoolhouse and burial was in the Miller cemetery.

Ira E. King died Sunday at his home in the Miller community northwest of Bentonville of cerebral hemorrhage following a short illness. He was 77 years of age. Funeral services were held at the Miller schoolhouse Monday afternoon, the Rev. Luther Smith of Bentonville conducting the services. Mr. King was born in Harrison County, Mo. Feb. 15, 1855 and came to this county about 30 years ago. For many years he has made his home with his son, Will King. He is also survived by another son in North Missouri.
