January 1, 1895 - April 21, 1974
Mrs. Joanna Drake Arnold, 79, of 402 Hilltop Acres, died Sunday morning in a local hospital. Funeral services were to be held at 2 p.m. today at Proctors Chapel. Burial was to be in Greenwood Cemetery under the direction of Proctors Funeral Home. Mrs. Arnold is the widow of W. S. Arnold, Sr. She is survived by one son, William S. Arnold, Jr of Camden; two brothers, W. W. Drake of Shreveport, and L. H. Drake of Camden; two sisters, Mrs. Murry Robinson of Plain Dealing, La., and Mrs. Shelton Davis of Stephens, two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. (Camden News - April 22, 1974)
