Charles Edward Arnold, age 56 of Camden, AR passed away Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Ouachita County Medical Center. He was born December 28, 1958 in Camden, AR.
He is survived by his brothers, John Welch of Camden, AR, Johnny Welch (Jackie) of Texarkana,TX, Ezekiel Welch of Colorado, Aaron Welch of Camden, AR and David Welch of Camden, AR; sister, Flora Mae Furlow of Camden, AR; one aunt, Mary Lee Daugherty; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who loved him dearly.
A graveside service will be 1:00PM Monday, September 21, 2015 at Capernaum Cemetery in Chidester, AR. Visitation will be 4-6PM Sunday at the funeral home. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
