SPRINGDALE — Eliza (Sis) Lucinda Wood, 77, of Springdale died March 12, 1996, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. She was born March 31, 1918, at Elkins to James Andrew (Whettle) and Elsie Colclasure Worley. She was a waitress at several area coffee shops including the Country Kitchen, the Holiday Motel and the Corner Cafe and at the Gulf Cafe of Fayetteville. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church of Springdale.
Survivors include two sons, Phillip Myers of Springdale and Steve Myers of Gans, Okla.; two daughters, Billie Jean Sparks of Elm Springs and Carolyn Williamson of Springdale; one sister, Mayme Jean Smith of Springdale; 11 grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Stokenberry Cemetery near Elkins with the Rev. Stanton Cramm officiating. Arrangements are by Sisco Chapel of Springdale.
Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
