Graveside services for Jessie E. Caststeel of Mt. Home will be at 10AM today at Fairview Cemetery. Mrs. Caststeel died Monday (Oct 7, 1996) at Flippo's Nursing Home. She was 89.
Mrs. Caststeel was born June 11, 1907, at Cartney to Forest and Hattie Smith Bolding. She was a homemaker, marrying Hubert P. Caststeel April 29, 1931, at Cartney. Mrs. Caststeel enjoyed fishing and outdoor activities.
She is survived by her husband at home; a son, Carrel Caststeel and wife Maydean, of Mt. Home; a daughter, Joy Petty of Mt. Home; a brother, Allen Bolding of Mt. Home; a sister Hazel Fletcher of Appleton City, MO; four grandchildren, Becky O'Neal of Culpepper, VA, Mark Petty of Cabott, Eric Petty of Mt. Home and Chris Caststeel of Vidalia, GA; and three great grandchildren, Robby Tolliver of Mt. Home and Mathew and Kayla Petty of Cabott.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Ozarks.
