HENRY, William Claybaugh - William Claybaugh Henry, 24 years a resident of this community, died at his home between Gravette and Decatur on July 24, 1924, aged 68 years, 8 months and 10 days. He was born near Bloomington, Ind. Nov. 15, 1855 where he grew to manhood. He graduated from the State University at that place. He united with the United Presbyterian church at the age of 17. Mr. Henry was married to Miss Florence B. Todd Sept. 1, 1875 and to the union were born nine children: two - Herman and Robert - preceding him in death. He is survived by his wife and the following seven children: Mrs. Lula Watson and Theodore Henry of Chetopa, Kans.; Mrs. Mable Mathis, Wichita, Kans.; Lee of Manteca, Calif.; Curtis of Pratt, Kans.; Mrs. Dee Andrews of Topeka, Kans. and Glen of Reedliey, Calif. There are also seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In 1875 he moved to Robinson, Ill. In 1883 the family moved to Chetopa, Kans. and in 1900 to the homestead near Decatur, Ark. The funeral was held at Decatur Tuesday, July 29, conducted by Rev. E.L. Boyles of Gravette and interment was made in the Decatur cemetery.

Mrs. William C. Henry
Funeral service for Mrs. William C. Henry, 83 years old, of Chetopa, Kan. was held in Decatur Monday afternoon with burial in the Decatur cemetery beside the grave of her husband who died about 12 years ago.
Mrs. Henry formerly lived in Decatur. She is survived by two daughters and five sons.
